Good question. Strategic Consulting is usually project-based and focused on a specific challenge. This might look like defining priorities, shaping your roadmap, or redesigning your operating model.

Fractional CoS is ongoing and operational. It’s ideal if you need a thought partner and someone who can keep things moving week-to-week. Think leadership alignment, execution rhythms, and keeping your vision from stalling in the day-to-day.

Think less “slide deck,” more momentum. You’ll get practical roadmaps, real-time leadership support, and clearer operations. Most importantly: you’ll see change that lasts.

I’m in Brisbane, working with clients Australia-wide (and occasionally beyond). I’m happy to work remote, but I love a whiteboard when needed. I’ll plug into your Slack, Notion, or whatever tools you use.
